Please note: During Covid-19, shipping is taking longer than usual. While not all shipments are affected, these circumstances are beyond our control.

Order Processing times

Our normal processing time is 3-7 business days (during our hours of operation). Please allow 7-10 business days of processing during holidays season and sales, due to volume.

 

Shipping Policy

All orders will be delivered using the service as detailed at the time of ordering. Growhealthynaturalhair has the right to fluctuate any prices in proportion with its costs for shipping, but the cost of delivery will always be notified to you prior to completion of your order. The customer may request any other delivery method at the time of order.

We ship orders out from Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Should you place an order over the weekend, your order will be shipped out the following business day, when we reopen (processing time is 3-7 business days).

 

International Orders

We ship internationally.

Please note customs, duties, taxes, VAT: Growhealthynaturalhair is not responsible for duties, VAT, and taxes international orders may occur. Make sure you are allowed to import any of our products into your country. We are not responsible for rejected, unclaimed, and returned orders from custom agents.
