What is a Herbal Shampoo?

A herbal shampoo is a natural haircare product formulated with only herbs (no surfactants added), designed to cleanse, nourish and strengthen your hair without stripping off your natural oils, and without harsh and synthetic ingredients.

 

Formula (600g):

*534g of water

*24g of aritha/soap nuts/reetha

*24g of shikakai

*6g of flaxseeds

*3g of amla

*3g of neem leaves

*3g of marshmallow root

*3g of fenugreek seeds

 

How to make the herbal shampoo?

  1. Bring the water with the herbs to a boil for 20-40 minutes, while stirring periodically.
  2. Let the mixture cool down before crushing the herbs with your hands.
  3. After crushing the herbs, strain the liquid.
  4. You can use it immediately or place it in the fridge for 3-5 days.
